akjakStuff like this makes me nervous... Seems like a great way to also launch a keylogger.
YangI made already many other Tools for WoW and never had "bad" things in it. The admins of [link] checked the file (and sometimes the complete sourcecode) before approving it and it was checked with 43 virus scanners on [link] and nothing was found.
Elsen<JaneDoe>ICC 25 Heroic is happening on EU-Alliance on the 9th March, 20:30 server time. Give me a shout on here or twitter (@Sophie_Rach) if you want in!
SazYes, please add this event to the calendar and start up a thread in the forums to keep things a bit more tidy. Glad to see some EU events cropping up though!
I've been slow to update this main page, but I assure you that those of us in TLR have been rather busy punching dragons in the face and collecting our...whatever various things that we're personally looking to collect.
As you can see above, we've taken on the likes of Heroic Halion 25, slain the beasts of Trial of the Champion, taken on Onyxia (as hard as she tried, she just couldn't quite breathe deeply enough to take us out), conquered Naxxramas, among a slew of other things that we've been up to for the past couple of weeks. At least, this has been the US Alliance side of things.
US Horde seem to have been at least mildly busy as well. They've had Firelands runs going on, been in various Burning Crusade raids, and slaying those buggy beasts that had so often played those who remember 40 man raiding. We've even been seeing the likes of Bastion of Twilight popping up on the calendar for Horde-side. I may also spy a future Ulduar run on the map of things the Horde plan to take on.
Unfortunately I must admit that EU activity for both factions has been rather slim. Every once in a while we see a Firelands run crop up, but that's been about it. That said, we are encouraging more European folks to sign up and get things rolling! I hate to see our friends from over the pond miss out on all the fun. (Psssst, that means sign up guys and start running some raids!)
That said, we're about to begin yet another busy and fun-filled weekend. As always, keep an eye on the gallery for new screen shots, and you can now check out ourYoutube page for a few videos of us doing what we do.
Another weekend come and gone. What a fun time it was!
- Friday (US Alliance) saw not one, but two groups complete Ulduar 10. Group one was sadly thwarted by Kologarn and his arms, so a few people missed out on their drakes this week. Group one however finished before group two, so those who had alts hopped over and helped group two to complete their achievements and drakes. Thanks guys!
- After the double Ulduar 10 runs, the US Alliance team tackled OS 25 3D once again! This time around they made it interesting though; everything except for the four trash packs by the door were left up. Can you say chaos? The big guys were healing Sartharion, so we were unable to zerg him. Once the trash was down though, we killed off the Twilight Drakes one by one, hopped into the portal, nuked the adds in there, came out, and Sartharion dropped like a rock. Easy peasy, and great fun! Congrats to Alindel on her new drake!
- Looking for something else to down, the US Alliance group switched the raid back to 10 man and tackled Heroic Ruby Sanctum. Halion had never seemed so easy.
- Saturday the US Alliance group went into Icecrown Citadel on 25 man yet again, though this time it was a full 25 man raid (until the last boss that is). They took out several missing meta achievements, as well as cleared much of the place on heroic mode. They even defeated the Lich King on heroic, with 24 people no less! Congrats to everyone who received their drakes, and to those who finally got their shiny Light of the Dawn titles!
- Also on this night the US Horde apparently got together for some MC/BWL action. I never heard how this run went or how big of a turn out they had , but I assume it was also a blast. TLR people are fun people, after all!
- While these runs were going on, there was yet ANOTHER raid happening. In another channel of Mumble, so not very far away, Oestrus was bravely running a team of US Alliance people through the land of fire and blackness, aka Firelands. I heard this run was one heck of a good time, and they even managed to clear 6/7! Well done ladies and gents, well done indeed.
- Sunday rolled around and the US Horde began their trek through the Outland raiding instances. From the looks of it, the turn out was pretty decent!
As you can see, it was one heck of a busy weekend, with another Firelands yet to happen for the US Alliance on Monday. There are a few other raids scheduled throughout the week as well, so if you haven't done so already, check out the calendar!
I'd personally like to take a moment to thank both raid leaders and members for all of the work and interest that they've put forth over the past few weeks. Twitterland Raiding wouldn't be the fun place that it is if it wasn't for everyone who participates in the raiding events that are born through this site. Here's to another week of fun, and many more!
~ Saz
PS. Looking for more EU and Horde folks to join in on the fun!
Another incredibly successful week of cross-realm raiding for TLR!
This past weekend we saw several boss kills. Here's a quick run down of all the fun that was had.
- Friday: US - Alliance cleared Ulduar 25 yet again. Congrats to those of you who got your drakes this week!
- Friday: US - Alliance cleared out Obsidian Sanctum 25 3D in 18 seconds. Congrats to Gussie from Icecrown-US on your new Twilight drake! Also congrats to everyone who received their title this week.
- Saturday: US - Alliance cleared out Icecrown Citadel 25 on heroic mode, except for the Lich King. Congrats to those who may have gotten their drake this week and any heroic loot. We hope to get the rest of the missing meta achievements next week and our Light of the Dawn titles.
- Sunday: US - Horde cleared out Ahn'Qiraj and it sounds like they had a blast doing it! Congrats to everyone there who got a bug mount, especially Loopnotdefined who apparently got his Red Qiraji Tank!
Naturally we're not quite done yet, as we have not one but two cross-realm Firelands 10 groups going for this week, one on US-Alliance and one on EU-Alliance. There are also events planned for this coming weekend as well as next weekend, so if you'd like to attend please sign up! As always though, if there's something not on the board that you'd like to run, or times don't quite work for you, please don't hesitate to start up your own events. TLR isn't just run by a single person, but is meant to be a community for all. Not to mention I sadly can't run anything with either the Horde or EU folks, as much as I'd like to.
Thank you everyone for yet another awesome cross-realm weekend. Can't wait to do it again! ~ Saz
I think there was only two or three of us online this week. Neither Path nor I were feeling quite well to boot, so it was cancelled for at least this week.
Check out the Events Calender now that you have forum permissions. Sign up there then get in touch w/the raid leader, preferably a day or two ahead of time, to exchange Real IDs.
